STEAK HIBACHI

INGREDIENTS

– 1lb. sirloin steak – 1 tbsp butter – 1 tsp minced garlic – Salt, to taste – 1 ½ tbsp teriyaki sauce – 1 ½ tbsp light soy sauce – Black pepper – ¼ tsp sesame oil

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Mix sauce ingredients. 2. Melt butter in skillet. Add garlic. 3. Add steak and sauce and toss. 4. Cook for 5 minutes.
