SOUFFLE PANCAKES

INGREDIENTS

– 1 cup all-purpose flour – ⅔ cup warm milk (or almond milk) – 3 eggs, separated – 1 pinch of salt – ¼ cup sugar

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Whip egg whites with salt. Add sugar and beat till stiff. 2. Beat yolks with milk in another bowl. Fold in flour. Mix with egg whites. 3. Cook pancakes till golden.
