SAUSAGE AND POTATOES

INGREDIENTS

– 1lb. pork sausage – 10oz. cream of mushroom soup – ½ cup milk – 2 tsp Worcestershire  – 1 tsp onion powder – ½ tsp thyme & rosemary – 1.25lb. Russet potato – 2 cups shredded cheddar

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Brown sausage in skillet.  2. Whisk soup, milk, onion powder, salt, thyme, and rosemary. 3. Layer potatoes, sausage, & sauce in dish. Top with cheese. Bake at 350F 1 hour.
