SAUERKRAUT AND KIELBASA

INGREDIENTS

– 2 lbs. kielbasa sausage, cut into slices – 2 lbs. sauerkraut, drained and rinsed – 1 tsp. salt – ½ tsp. black pepper – 2 tbsp. olive oil

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Brown kielbasa on both sides. Set aside. 2. Fry sauerkraut in same skillet. 3. Add salt, pepper, and kielbasa and simmer for 10 minutes.
