SALT AND PEPPER WINGS

INGREDIENTS

– 2 pounds chicken wings – 2 tbsp. olive oil – 1 tsp. black pepper, freshly ground – 2  tsp. sea salt – 1  tsp. baking powder – 1 tbsp. parsley chopped

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Sprinkle the chicken wings with the pepper and salt, and toss well. 2. Arrange wings on baking sheet in single layer.  3. Bake 40 minutes at 430°F.
