RANCH ROASTED POTATOES

INGREDIENTS

– 2lb. baby red potatoes, thoroughly washed – ¼ cup olive oil or vegetable oil – 2 tbsp Hidden Valley ranch seasoning

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Cut potatoes and toss in oil and ranch seasoning. 2. Spread potatoes on baking sheet. 3. Bake at 450°F for25 minutes until fork tender.
