PUMPKIN LOAF

INGREDIENTS

– ¾ cup butter – 1 cup sugar & brown sugar – 2 eggs – 15oz. pumpkin puree – 2 cups flour – 1 ½ tsp baking powder – 2 ½ tsp pumpkin spice – 1 tsp vanilla extract –Pumpkin seeds

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Beat butter with sugar. Add eggs and pumpkin. Blend.  2. Stir in dry ingredients. Add to loaf pan. Top with seeds. 3. Bake at 325°F for 65 minutes.
