Pennsylvania Dutch Potato Filling

INGREDIENTS

– 1 medium onion – 3 cups mashed potatoes  – 1 cup celery – 4 tbsp butter – 4 slice whole grain bread, cubes – 1 tsp thyme, celery salt, garlic, black pepper, dried sage, dried parsley

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Heat butter in pan. Saute onion & celery. 2. Remove from heat, stir in mash and bread. 3. Bake in dish at 350°F for 50 minutes.
