– 17.5 oz pasta
– 2 chicken breasts
– 1 tsp. olive oil
– 1 ½ cup mushrooms
– ½ red onion
– 1 garlic clove
– ¼ cup wine
– 1 ½ cup chicken stock
– ½ cup sour cream
– ½ cup Parmesan cheese
1. Cook chicken. Saute mushrooms, onion, & garlic.
2. Mix in wine and stock and cook 10 mins.
3. Stir in sour cream and cheese. Mix in pasta and serve.
