PANKO CRUSTED COD

INGREDIENTS

– ½ cup panko bread crumbs – 3 tbsp parsley – 2 tbsp butter – 1 ½ tbsp lemon juice – ½ tbsp garlic powder – ¼ tsp paprika – 4 cod filets – 2 tsp lemon juice – 1 tsp salt – ¼ tsp pepper

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Combine everything in a bowl. 2. Drizzle lemon juice on the cod. Season with salt and pepper. 3. Top the cod with breadcrumbs. Bake at 425°F for 12 minutes.
