– 16 oz. rotini pasta
– 2 tbsps. olive oil
– 16 oz kielbasa sausage, sliced
– ½ cup heavy cream
– 2 tbsp. tomato paste
– ⅓ cup parmesan cheese
– ½ tsp. thyme
– ½ tsp. parsley
1. Cook kielbasa in pot. Set aside.
2. Cook pasta in same pot. Set aside.
3. Cook tomato paste, heavy cream, and oil.
4. Mix pasta and kielbasa in sauce. Add parmesan.
