NO BAKE LEMON CHEESECAKE

INGREDIENTS

– ½ cup water – 3oz. Pack lemon Jello – 20oz.cream cheese – ¾ cup powdered sugar – 2 tbsp lemon juice – 6oz. Cool Whip – 2 cups graham crackers – 8 tbsp melted butter

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Make the crust. 2. Put crust into pan. 3. Dissolve Jello. 4.Mix Jello with cream cheese and sugar. 5. Fold in cool whip 6.Put onto crust and refrigerate to set.
