INGREDIENTS
– 1 ½ cup sugar
– ⅓ cup butter
– ⅓ cup evaporated milk
– 8 oz. chocolate chips
– 3 oz. marshmallow crème
– ½ cup chopped walnuts
– ½ tsp vanilla extract
COOK THE SUGAR MIXTURE
In a heavy pot, combine sugar, butter, and evaporated milk.
Bring to a boil and cook, stirring constantly, about 4 minutes, or until 234°F.
ADD CHOCOLATE AND MARSHMALLOW CREME
Remove from heat.
Stir in chocolate chips and Jet-Puffed marshmallow creme until thick, glossy, and smooth.
STIR IN WALNUTS AND VANILLA
Add chopped walnuts and vanilla.
Stir just until evenly mixed for the perfect bit of crunch in every piece.
POUR AND SET
Pour the fudge into the prepared pan.
Smooth the top and let it cool, then chill until firm.
SLICE AND SERVE
Lift the fudge out using the parchment and cut into squares.
Serve on a holiday platter or pack into tins for gifting.
