– ½ cup sundried tomatoes
– 4 garlic cloves
– 1 lb orzo pasta
– 4 cups chicken broth
– ¾ cup heavy cream
– 2 oz frozen spinach or 2 cups fresh spinach
– ¾ cup parmesan cheese
1. Cook the chicken in oil
2. Add the seasonings, garlic, and sundried tomatoes
3. Stir in the orzo and broth. Bring to a simmer until broth has evaporated
4. Add spinach and cream
