LOW CARB CRACK SLAW

INGREDIENTS

– ½lb. ground beef – 3 cups coleslaw mix – ¼ cup carrots – 1 tbsp. olive oil – 1 onion – 2 cloves garlic – 2 tsp. ginger – 3 tbsp. soy sauce – 1 tbsp. rice vinegar – 2 tsp. Sriracha sauce

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Saute onions in oil in  a wok. 2. Add garlic and ginger. Cook 1 min. 3. Add beef and cook till browned. 4. Add coleslaw and carrots and cook till soft. 5. Add sauce and mix.
