LASAGNA SOUP

INGREDIENTS

– 1 pound ground beef – 1 medium onion – 1 Tablespoon olive oil – 2 Tablespoons butter – 2 Tablespoons tomato paste – 1 can diced tomatoes – 1 can tomato sauce

– 6 ounces lasagna noodles –4 cups beef broth – 2 cups ricotta cheese – ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese – 2 garlic cloves

– 1 teaspoon salt – 1 teaspoon paprika – ½ teaspoon black pepper – 1 teaspoon thyme – 1 teaspoon basil

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Prepare ground beef 2. Add tomato paste, garlic, diced tomatoes, sauce, and broth.  3. Stir in noodles and seasonings 4. Mix ricotta and parmesan cheese in small bowl. Serve with soup
