INDIAN RICE RECIPE

INGREDIENTS

– 2 cups Basmati Rice – 1 tbsp. Olive Oil – ½ tbsp. Turmeric – 1 Cinnamon Stick – 1 Bay Leaf – 4 cups Chicken Broth – Salt – 1 tbsp. Nuts – Fresh Parsley

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Crisp rice in pot with oil, cinnamon, & turmeric. 2. Add broth, salt, & bay leaf and boil. 3. Reduce heat and cook for 15 minutes.
