– 3 lbs chicken wings
– ½ cup AP flour
– ½ cup cornstarch
– 2 tsp salt
– 1/2 tsp pepper
– ¼ cup butter
– 1 ½ tbsp lemon pepper seasoning

1. Make the flour combination and coat the chicken wings
2. Fry the chicken wings in oil until crispy
3. Combine butter and lemon pepper seasoning and toss the wings in the sauce
