– 1 ¾ cup broth
– ¾ cup rice
– 1 ½ cup ham
– 1 ½ cup broccoli
– 7.5oz. chicken soup
– ½ cup sour cream
– 1 tsp onion powder
– 1 ½ cup cheddar cheese
– ½ cup crackers
– 1 ½ tbsp butter
1. Simmer chicken broth and add rice. Cook with broccoli.
2. Combine soup, sour cream, ham, & onion. Mix with rice and broccoli.
3. Top with cheese, bake, top with crackers, bake.
