ELEPHANT EARS RECIPE

INGREDIENTS

– 2 cups all-purpose flour – ⅔ cup milk – 2 tsp baking powder – 2 tbsp butter – 1 tbsp sugar – 2 tbsp cinnamon & sugar

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Mix dry ingredients. Add milk and butter.  2. Stir to combine dough. 3. Divide into 8 pieces and roll. 4. Fry in hot oil for 1 minute per side.
