EASY BANANA CAKE RECIPE

CAKE INGREDIENTS

– 1 cup banana – 2 ½ cups cake flour – 1 ½ tsp baking powder – ½ cup butter – ¾ cup sugar – ⅓ cup brown sugar – 3 small eggs – 1 ¼ cup buttermilk

FROSTING INGREDIENTS

– 6oz. cream cheese – ⅓ cup butter – 2 ½ cups powdered sugar

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Make the cake batter. 2. Bake the cake at 350F for 45 minutes. 3. Mix the frosting ingredients. 4. Spread the frosting on the cooled cake.
