CROCK POT TURKEY BREAST

INGREDIENTS

– 2-3 lbs.  frozen boneless turkey breast – 4 tbsp butter, melted – 2 tbsp flour – ½ cup dry white wine – 1 cup chicken broth – 1 ½ tsp salt – 1 tsp Herbs de Provence – ½ tsp pepper

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Mix butter, wine, and broth. Add flour and microwave for one minute. 2. Cover with a lid and cook on low power for 8 hours.
