CORN WITH CREAM CHEESE

INGREDIENTS

– 6 cups frozen corn – 1 ½  cup heavy cream – 8 oz cream cheese – 2 tbsp butter – ¼ cup parmesan cheese, – Salt and pepper – Fresh chopped parsley

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Simmer frozen corn over medium heat. Add butter, cream chese, salt. Stir to combine. 2. Add parmesan and mix until it melts.  3. Season if needed and serve.
