CHICKEN SWISS CASSEROLE

INGREDIENTS

– 4 chicken breasts – 1 ½ cups herbed stuffing mix – 4 slices of Swiss cheese – 4 tbsp. butter – 4 tbsp. flour – 1½ cup chicken broth – 4 slices Swiss cheese

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Put chicken in dish cheese on top. 2. Melt butter in pot, whisk in flour, cook. Add broth, salt, pepper. Add cheese & stir. Spread on chicken. 3. Top with stuffing, bake 350F 1 hour.
