CHICKEN COBBLER CASSEROLE

INGREDIENTS

– 2 tbsp butter – 2 cups chicken – 8oz. peas & carrots – ½ tsp onion, garlic powder – 8oz. chicken soup – 1 cups stock – 6oz. Cheddar Bay – 1 cup milk – ⅓ cup cheddar – 1 tbsp. butter

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Layer chicken ,butter, peas, and carrots in dish.  2. Combine broth and soup. Pour in dish. 3. Combine biscuit mix, milk, and cheese 3. Pour on top of chicken. Bake 350F for 50 mins.
