CHEESY MISSISSIPPI MUD POTATOES

INGREDIENTS

– 4 cups potatoes – 1 cup cheddar cheese – 1/3 cup mayonnaise – 1/3 cup sour cream – ⅓ cup onion – 4 oz bacon – ½ tsp garlic powder – ½  tsp salt – ¼  tsp black pepper – 2 green onions

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Combine mayo, sour cream,, and seasonings  2. Stir in cheese, onion, and bacon 3. Add potatoes 4. Bake in covered dish for 45 mins at 325F 5. Remove foil and bake for 15 mins
