CHEESY FRIED MASHED POTATO BALLS

INGREDIENTS

– 1 lb potatoes, peeled and cubed – 1 tsp salt – ½ cup cheddar cheese, shredded – 1 tbsp cornstarch – 1 tsp garlic powder – ½ tsp onion powder – ½ tsp cajun seasoning

INGREDIENTS, CONT.

– ½ cup AP flour – 1 egg – ¾ cup panko breadcrumbs – Vegetable oil for frying – Parsley for garnish – Parmesan cheese for topping

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Cook and mash the potatoes with cheese and seasonings 2. Roll the potatoes in balls 3. Dredge the balls in flour, egg, and breadcrumbs 4. Fry the balls in oil
