– ½ cup cream cheese
– 1 cup heavy cream
– 1 tsp paprika
– 4 cups chicken broth
– 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
– 1/3 cup parmesan, grated
– Fresh parsley, for garnish
1. Fry sausage and set aside
2. Add peppers, mushrooms, broth, pasta, and paprika. Boil until pasta is cooked
3. Stir in cream cheese, heavy cream, cheese, and sausage until well combined
