BRUSSEL SPROUTS GRATIN

INGREDIENTS

– 3 tbsp. butter – ½ red onion – 2 garlic cloves – 4 cups Brussels – Salt and pepper – 1 cup heavy cream – ¾ cup cheddar cheese – ½ cup Gouda cheese – ¼ cup bacon bits

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Cook brussels, onion, and garlic in oven safe pan for 10 minutes. 2. Add heavy cream and mix. Add cheese and bacon on top. 3. Bake for 5 minutes.
