BAKED SEAFOOD CASSEROLE

INGREDIENTS

– 4 oz. fish fillets – 7 shrimps & scallops – 4 oz. crab meat  – 4 tbsp  butter – 2 tbsp flour – ½ cup heavy cream – ¾ cup broth – 1 tbsp mustard – ½ tsp garlic & onion 

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Bake the fish. 2. Cook shrimp and scallops. 3. Make the cream sauce. 4. Assemble casserole and bake.
