– ½lb. challah bread
– 2 large eggs
– 1 cup half & half
– 1 ½ tbsp syrup
– ½ tsp vanilla
– 2 tbsp butter
– 2 apples
– ¼ cup brown sugar
– ½ tsp cinnamon
– 2 ½ tbsp syrup
1. Whisk egg, cream, syrup, and vanilla.
2. Dip bread in it. Layer in dish.
3. Melt butter in pot. Mix with apples, brown sugar, syrup, and cinnamon. Top bread. Bake 45 mins at 350F.
