2 cups of fresh sugar snap peas, with stem ends and string removed

2 teaspoons of butter

2 teaspoons of olive oil

Salt and pepper to taste


  1. Bring a non-stick skillet to medium high heat and add the oil and butter to it. Heat until the butter melts, moving it around the pan.
  2. Add the snap peas and mix to coat them in the butter and oil. Cook for 5 minutes or until tender.
  3. Add salt and pepper to taste and serve.
