This skyline chili dip recipe is loaded with tons of savory, cheesy, and meaty deliciousness. It combines Cincinnati style chili with cream cheese and cheddar cheese to make the ultimate chili dip recipe that's absolutely addictive. And, best of all, it's so easy to make. In fact, you need less than 5 minutes of prep time to whip up this skyline dip!

6oz. cream cheese

6oz. Cincinnati style chili

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C). 
  2. Warm the chili in the microwave for about a minute to make it a bit runnier.
  3. In a bowl, combine the heated chili with 2 tbsp of cream cheese.
  4. Spread the remaining cream cheese in a baking dish or bowl.
  5. Spread the chili mixture on top of the cream cheese and bake for 10 minutes.
  6. Remove from the oven and top with the shredded cheese. Bake for another 6-7 minutes or until the cheese is melted.
  7. Serve warm with your favorite chips or crackers.
