This tasty pigs feet recipe is jam-packed with tons of flavor. It's made with the perfect combination of savory, sweet, smoky, and spicy flavors, and it's guaranteed to impress. Oh, and best of all, you'll need just about 5 minutes of prep time to put these succulent pigs' feet together!

Ingredients

2 pigs feet, halved by length (ask your butcher shop to do it)

¼ cup kecap manis

2 tbsp smokey sriracha

1 tsp salt

¼ cup water

Sauce:

2 tbsp kecap manis

1 tsp smokey sriracha

1 ½ tsp maple syrup

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F. 
  2. Rinse the pig’s feet and place them into a baking dish with a lid or Dutch oven. 
  3. Loosely pour kecap manis and sriracha over them. Add the salt and water and cover with a lid.
  4. Braise the pig’s feet for 2 ½ hours or until they are very tender. 
  5. Once the pig’s feet are done, you can either sear them well in a cast iron skillet coated with some oil, or grill them over the preheated grill for 20 minutes.
  6. To make the sauce, combine all ingredients in a bowl.
  7. Serve pigs feet with sauce on the side.
