1 lb. fresh okra, sliced

½ lb steak or stew meat, cut into cubes (you can also use oxtail instead)

½ cup onions chopped

1 tsp. garlic, minced

1 cup water

½ lb. shrimp

2 cups of chopped frozen Spinach

1 tbsp. smoked paprika

  4. Add the okra to the soup, along with the shrimp, white fish, and spinach.
  5. Cook for 5 more minutes or until the shrimp and fish are cooked through.
