Chocolate Oatmeal No Bake Cookies

These no bake cookies are made with just 5 ingredients in under 5 minutes! And, let me tell ya, they are rich, fudgy, chewy, and just the most delicious no bake chocolate oatmeal cookies you can make. Seriously, if you love chocolate, and you love cookies, you got to try this recipe! Oh, and kids love 'em too!

Ingredients

1 Milk Chocolate Bar (about 1.55 oz.)

2 tbsp. Butter

1/2 cup Rolled Oats

1/2 cup Almonds or Cashews, chopped

Instructions

  1. Melt chocolate and butter in 2, 30-second increments. Stir in between each increment until a smooth sauce forms.
  2. Add the rolled oats and nuts to the bowl and stir to combine.
  3. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Use a cookie scoop to scoop out 6 cookies. Push the cookies into the scooper (i used the side of the bowl to do this). Flatten the top of the cookies with a spoon.
  4. Or, line a mini muffin pan with plastic wrap. Scoop 6 cookies into the slots and flatten them into the slots with the back of a spoon.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours. Enjoy!
