Ingredients

Scale

About 1/2 lb (250g) Shaved Steak

1 tsp. Garlic Powder

1 tbsp. Worcestershire Sauce

Salt and Pepper

2 tbsp. Butter

½ Onion, sliced

2 Bagels

2 Cheddar Cheese Slices

2 Eggs

Instructions

  1. Season the shaved steak with garlic powder, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper.
  2. Heat a non-stick skillet iron (or other oven proof skillet) to medium-high heat and add the butter to it. Add the onions and cook them until browned.
  3. Remove the onions from the skillet and add the steak to it. Cook for 1-2 minutes, then flip and cook for another minute until browned. Add to the plate of onions and clean the skillet.
  4. Toast the bagels.
  5. Grease the skillet and add the eggs to it. Cook until solid, then flip and cook for another minute to make an omlette.
  6. Top bagels with the steak and onions, egg, and cheese slices and cover with the lid, so the cheese melts - you can also transfer the skillet to the oven, so the cheese melts quickly.
