Keto Coconut Clusters With 3 NET CARBS

These coconut clusters are little bites of deliciousness. They have the perfect balance of sweet coconut and decadent chocolate with only 3 NET CARBS each! Best of all, these keto coconut clusters are easy to make with just 4 ingredients! 



2 Cups keto chocolate chips

1 Cup unsweetened shredded coconut

1 Cup toasted shredded coconut (2 tbsp. more to sprinkle)

1/2 Teaspoon sea salt


  1. Melt the chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bow and microwave in 30 second increments, stirring between each one.
  2. Add the shredded coconut and toasted shredded coconut to the bowl of melted chocolate and stir until lumpy and combined.
  3. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and scoop about 1 tbsp. size clusters onto it.
  4. Top with more toasted shredded coconut and sea salt. 
  5. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until set, remove from the fridge about 10 minutes before serving.
