Keto Chocolate Mousse Made In Just 15 Minutes

This rich and smooth keto chocolate mousse only existed in dreams...until now! Not only is it decadent and deeply chocolatey, but it has just 4 ingredients and comes together in only 15 minutes. Plus, each delicious serving of this keto mousse has just 3 NET CARBS!



1/2 Cup water

Jus under 1 1/4 cup (200g) Dark chocolate chips

1 1/2 Cup heavy cream

1 Teaspoon vanilla extract

2 Tablespoons Confectioners Swerve 


  1. Place chocolate chips in a large heat-safe bowl.
  2. Boil water and pour over the chocolate. Stir until the chocolate has melted. If the chocolate hasn't fully melted, microwave the mixture for 15-20 seconds. Leave it to cool to about 98°F (36°C).
  3. In a bowl, beat the heavy cream and swerve just until soft peaks form.
  4. Then beat the melted chocolate until it is slightly fluffy. Be careful to not overdo it, or it will get stiff. This step is optional, but makes the mousse more airy.
  5. Save 4 tablespoons of whipped cream for the top of the mousse, and gently fold the rest of the whipped cream into the chocolate mixture.
  6. Pour the mousse into serving cups and top with whipped cream.
  7. You can enjoy right away or chill it. It will become firm after long refrigeration, so take it out of the fridge 15-20 minutes before serving
