These pan fried pork chops are a classic Southern dish that's loaded with flavor! This recipe combines tender, juicy chops with a perfectly seasoned breading to create a dish that's to die for. But these Southern fried pork chops aren't just super delicious, they're also super easy to make. In fact, from start to finish, they only take 20 minutes to make.

Ingredients

1 cup all-purpose flour

1 tsp. salt

½ tsp.  black pepper

½ tsp. paprika

¼ tsp. garlic powder

2 eggs

4 boneless pork chops

1 cup vegetable oil

Instructions

  1. Mix flour, salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder in a bowl.
  2. Beat the eggs in another bowl.
  3. Dip each pork chop in the egg and then in the flour, making sure it’s completely covered. You can press the flour with a spoon or fork to make sure it’s well coated.
  4. Heat the oil in a large pan or skillet to 350°F (180ºC).
  5. Fry each pork chop for 5-7 minutes per side or until golden brown.
  6. Transfer to a paper towel lined plate or wire rack to remove excess grease.
  7. Serve warm with your choice of sides.
