1 tsp cumin powder

2 lb. chicken breasts, skinless, boneless

Salt and pepper, to taste

1 tbsp olive oil or rice bran oil

Instructions

  1. Add onion, garlic paste, adobo sauce, chile powder, cumin, and oregano in a food blender.
  2. Blend until you have a smooth mixture.
  3. Season the chicken to taste with salt and pepper.
  4. Place the chicken into a bowl or a zip-lock bag and add the prepared marinade.
  5. Marinate the chicken for 30 minutes or overnight in the fridge.
  6. Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
