1 Chicken Breast, frozen

1 tbsp. Garlic Powder

1 tbsp. Onion Powder

1 tsp. Salt

1 tsp. Pepper

1 tbsp. Vegetable Oil, Olive Oil, or Refined Coconut Oil

Sweet Chili Sauce for dipping


  1. Place the frozen chicken breast in the air fryer, drizzle oil on top. Mix garlic powder, onion powder, salt and pepper in a small bowl then sprinkle on chicken.
  2. Cook at 350°F (180ºC) for about 10 minutes.
  3. Then increase the temperature to 400°F( 200ºC), flip the chicken, and cook for about 5 more minutes. Make sure the chicken reaches an internal temp of 165°F (75°C).
  4. Serve with dipping sauce and enjoy!
