– 1 ½ cup condensed chicken soup – 1 tbsp. Italian seasoning – 1 cup sour cream – ½ cup green onion – 3 cups shredded chicken – 1 cup Ritz crackers – ½ cup butter

STEP 1: MIX THE FILLING

Stir together the soup, sour cream, seasonings, and shredded chicken. Optional: Add cheese for extra richness.

STEP 2: MAKE THE TOPPING

Crush Ritz crackers and mix with melted butter. You want them coated but still crumbly. Leave a few pieces for the best texture balance.
