SCRAMBLED PANCAKES

INGREDIENTS

– 1 cup all-purpose flour – 1 tablespoon granulated sugar – 1 teaspoon baking powder – ⅛ teaspoon salt – ¼ teaspoon baking soda – 1 large egg, slightly beaten

INGREDIENTS CONTINUED

– 1 tablespoon neutral oil – 1 cup buttermilk – ½ tbsp butter – Maple Syrup to serve – Strawberries to serve – Whipped cream to serve

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Combine the dry ingredients with the wet ingredients.  2. Pour the batter into a skillet 3. Scramble the pancakes until golden 4. Serve with syrup and strawberries
