WHY YOU'LL LOVE THIS RECIPE
This recipe is perfect for date night, holidays, or anytime you want a “fancy” meal without cooking for an hour.
INGREDIENTS
For this recipe you will need: Olive oil, White onion, Tomato, Baby lobster tails, Trader Joe's lobster bisque, Spaghetti, and Lemon
Cook spaghetti according to package directions until al dente. Drain and set aside. Reserve a little pasta water in case you want to loosen the sauce.
STEP 1: COOK THE PASTA
STEP 2: SAUTÉ ONION
In a medium-large pan over medium heat, add olive oil. Sauté diced onion 2 to 3 minutes until softened.
STEP 3: ADD TOMATO
Add the diced tomato to the pan and cook 1 to 2 minutes until warmed and slightly softened.
STEP 4: WARM LOBSTER TAILS
Add baby lobster tails and cook 2 to 3 minutes, just until warmed through. Do not overcook.
STEP 5: ADD LOBSTER BISQUE
Lower heat and pour in the entire container of lobster bisque. Cook until heated through and “saucy” looking.
STEP 6: TOSS WITH PASTA
Add the cooked spaghetti directly into the pan and toss to coat all of the noodles in the sauce.
STEP 7: FINISH WITH LEMON
Squeeze juice of 1/2 lemon over the pasta and stir just to combine. Serve immediately.
STORAGE TIPS
You'll want to store leftovers in an airtight container and refrigerate for up to 2 days. Reheat gently on the stove over low heat.
