INGREDIENTS
For this recipe you will need: Sweet potatoes, Ground beef, Garlic, Onion, Tomato paste, Italian seasoning, Chili powder, Paprika, Salt and pepper, and Mozzarella cheese
Preheat oven to 400°F.

In a skillet sauté diced onion. Add garlic and beef and cook until browned. Stir in tomato paste and seasoning. Cook 2 to 3 minutes until everything is well combined.
STEP 3: STUFF THE SWEET POTATOES
Slice sweet potatoes lengthwise and spread open. Fluff the inside with a fork. Spoon half the beef mixture into each potato.
STEP 4: ADD CHEESE AND BROIL
Top with mozzarella and broil until the cheese is melted and bubbling on top.
