-1 tbsp Thai red curry paste
-3 garlic cloves
-3 tbsp soy sauce
-2 tsp lime juice
-2 tsp sesame oil
-3 cups spinach
-14-20 frozen dumplings

Preheat oven to 400°F. In a 9×9-inch baking dish combine coconut milk, red curry paste, garlic, soy sauce, lime juice, and sesame oil. Whisk until smooth.

Add spinach to the dish and spread out. Add dumplings seam side down.
STEP 3: BAKE
Cover the dish tightly with a lid or foil. Bake for 30–40 minutes if using a deeper dish, until the dumplings are fully cooked and tender. Finish with toppings.
