VENISON STEW

INGREDIENTS

– 1 lb venison – 1 tbsp olive oil – 3 medium potatoes – 1 large carrot – 2 celery stalks – 1 large onion – 2 garlic cloves

INGREDIENTS, CONT.

– 4 thyme sprigs – 1 tsp salt – ¾ tsp black pepper – 1 can diced tomatoes – 4 cups beef stalk – ½ tsp Worcestershire sauce

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Cook the venison and set aside 2. Saute the garlic and vegetables until soft 3. Add the remaining ingredients and stir to combine 4. Bring the stew to a boil and cook for 1-2 hours
