VENISON RECIPE

INGREDIENTS

– 1 tbsp neutral oil – 1lb. venison tenderloin – Salt and pepper – ¼ cup unsalted butter – 1 tbsp minced garlic – 1 chopped thyme – ½ tbso chopped rosemary

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Season venison with salt and pepper, Refrigerate overnight. 2. Mix butter and herbs.  3. Sear in pan with oil for 7 minutes. Flip and cook for 5. Add butter on top.
