VANILLA BREAD PUDDING

INGREDIENTS FOR BREAD PUDDING

– 14oz. French loaf bread – 4 large eggs – ¾ cup sugar – 1 ¼ cup milk – 1 ¼ cup heavy cream – 1 ½ tsp vanilla extract

INGREDIENTS FOR VANILLA SAUCE

– ¾ cup heavy cream – ¾ tbsp flour – ⅓ cup sugar – 3 tablespoon butter – 1 tsp vanilla extract

INSTRUCTIONS FOR BREAD PUDDING

1. Whisk eggs with milk, heavy cream, and vanilla in a bowl. 2. Pour over bread in dish. Soak for 20 minutes. Bake at 350F for 55 minutes.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR VANILLA SAUCE

3. Combine cream, flour, sugar in saucepan. Simmer till thick. 4. Stir in butter and vanilla. Pour over baked bread pudding.
